Technical Advice over tyre size needed please!

My mum loves my 500 and now is able to buy a secondhand one. My problem being the spec she wants........there are 2 in the whole country that I have found that fits her criteria.
Must be 1.2 lounge ..... No more than £7000 which is ok then the hard bit......must be YELLOW. can't believe how few there are that are not a SPORT!!!!

Anyway out of the two I have found one has 17 inch wheels, the other I am assuming normal size but does have different alloys to the normal spoke ones of a lounge. As mum is 75 this birthday, and the suspension isn't brilliant on the older models would the bigger wheels be better or make it worse??

Why couldn't she like the BNW...... there are millions lol

The Abarth is the only 500 that you can have 17inch wheels as an option.
The Fiat max standard size is 16 inch.
The 17's will give it a more harsh ride and if it were my mums car I would put 15 inch wheels on it and sell the 17 inch wheels.
Do you have a photo of the wheels on the car? You may be able to make a good profit on them.

Hi, its for sale on ebay in devon.......did think 17" sounded iffy?? the other one is in daventry so much nearer and he has managed to do it for me for the right price , so think i will go with that one!!!! thanks for the help
