Technical 2013 Ducato 6-speed manual gearbox issue

Hi All, I have a noise that sounds a lot like changing gear without using the clutch. Happens in all forward gears, reverse is OK. If idling in first gear the van moves with no noise but as soon as comes under load the noise starts. Any thoughts what the problem is. Goes into gear OK so doesn't seem like a clutch problem. Happened when driving up slight hill at 100kph in sixth gear and is happening in all gears. TIA Bruce

The gearbox is faulty.

It'll be very expensive to fix I'm afraid.

You'd better get it booked in now, before the damage gets so bad you need a new gearbox.

Thanks, that's kind of what I was expecting but hoping it wasn't the case. Fingers crossed I can get it repaired in time for Xmas holidays.
