Used to have an Allegro with a quartic wheel. Actually it was perfectly good. No use for 'police driver shuffle' but you just grabbed a corner and yanked it round.

When you look closely the new Panda wheel is plain old round. I'm not sure I like the big fat spokes though.

Spotted the new Panda in Spain

On holiday last week in Spain we spotted the New Panda...

Didnt know it at the time was kinda hoping for a 500 but none the less here it is. A lot rounder that the current one and it could well be a good 5 door sollution to our incoming baby when we change the 500 we have.

Sorry, but many cars in Spain have that cushioned crash protection fitted as the local drivers are so crazy!

Indeed.

And why do cars always get bigger? The current Panda has a perfectly reasonable size, there's no reason at all for the new Panda to be bigger.

Very nice. Looks to have some good quality materials in there If I didn't already have a 500 I'd be thinking of getting a Panda. It seems to do away with the frankly nasty Panda interior and made it looks MUCH nicer

And still loving it - so much so that I'm upgrading shortly. Got to do my bit for the struggling FGA. Would have been quite keen on the Ypsilon if it had a hot engine and a Lancia badge, but the next Panda 100hp or Panda Abarth could be interesting, but knowing the way Fiat work that will probably years away.

Hey, you forget that Lancia is a luxury brand. Absolutely no sporting heritage with Lancia so why the need for a hot engine? Stratos, Fulvia, Integrale, Delta S4 and 037, all good luxury cars with no sporting heritage at all
