this spray in tyre fix is a right con, lots of times i seen people have punctures with holes that are ripped and too big for that stuff to work. and the breakdown companies has it in small print that they wont help you if you don't have a usable spare. so who is going to pay for a 24hr tyre fitter to come out and fix your car? :confused:
 
Eh? What does a gear lever that's been 'adapted to RHD' look like for Pete's sake? Gear levers are bang in the centre of the car after all...

Take a look at the photos of left and right hand drive cars.

Gearlevers are not necessarily in the centre of cars, they are often placed close to the driver's seat, were they are ideally suited to be, with an ashtray or something next to the passenger. When manufacturers choose not to reverse this placement - it would need re-engineering - you get the handbrake closest to the passenger seat. Like in the Bravo. :bang:

Yes they are especially crap in a place like Australia, where once out of the City you are going to find it hard to find a tire place to fix or get a new tire. That and the tendency for manufacturers to go for big rims with low profile tires which noone seems to have in stock when you need them.

Things are generally sounding positive for the new Bravo. I just hope the Australian importer doesn't get delusions of granduer when it comes to setting the price.

Saw the new Bravo yesterday, there was one in dark metallic blue unregistered sitting outside Fiat UKs HQ in Slough. It looks terrific only quibble is slighlty heay rear "haunches" from some angles. The interior room front and rear looked great and the interior styling, well that has never been a Fiat weak point. Not sure how well the styling will age, but yes it looks terrific in the metal. Not on Supasava yet LOL:)
 
As for the top gear review - why avoid the 17" wheels? Can anyone explain what's wrong with them?

the old fart says "Avoid the 17-inch wheels and you get a car that rides satisfactorily and handles really rather nicely. "
the ride issue is almost always mentioned in a fiat review. big wheels = low profile tyres = harsh ride. combine that with the usual fiat approach of making suspension stiffer than the class average and you can see where the harsh ride claims come from, but i prefer it so i dont see that as a bad thing, but i can see why an old fart journalist could disagree.

as far as top gear reviews go i think the bravo did very well.

how many exclusions are there in this Kia 7 year warranty though?

interior trim is poor especially lumber support lever have replaced loads and very boaring

have had a couple of interior wiring problems on these models already

they don't Drive well an the auto is very poor to drive and drinks fuel

radios have required replacing as causing batteries to run flat

electric steering problems as it's first car kia have used it in

kia ceed is not looking good from my perspective despite the warranty
