Technical Torque wrench settings

Afternoon all
having finally got the front spring back on as well as the kingpin housing, shocks etc.. I need to torque up all the nuts and bolts.
Does anyone have a list of torque values for a 500L? I did find one on the interweb published by Ricambio and whilst it’s gave the numeric values for just about every nut and bolt on the car it didn’t give the units - lbft or Nm!
