Technical Hatch wiring grommet/s

Having carried out a manual repair on the 500c hatch wiring a while back….and temporary leaving it in covered and without a grommet. I want to prep for sale.
So it is possible just to get the grommets and possibly more importantly can you get ‘split’ grommets so I don’t have to cut and reconnect the wiring again rather just slide the wiring into the grommet

Never seen a generic "split" grommet! if you dont want to do it properly with a fiat replacement part then your gonna have to search online !

If you get a grommet the right size even if you split it, it should stay put

Thats what i thought..... Is there a part number? or can anyone point me to any on ebay? please
