Technical Fiat fiorino 2012

I have a fiat fiorino 1300cc diesel that has a problem with a worn gearstick bush .I've had 2 bush's sent me neither fit .has anybody got any ideas. The main gearchange body is black. I'm a bit stick where to go .??

Did you get it sorted? I had a similar issue and long story short there was a spring missing on the gear selector. Works great nowSpring can be seen lower middle, mine was missing.
