Styling WooHoo, Finally a Sub and sound package

Thanks for the prices mate. Next pay day i might just go for it, trouble is though i have never done any stereo wiring before, how hard is it. Im guessing a guide is going to take too long to produce.

thats good venomco pleased you got a good sound system now! changing the headunit though would make a massive increase in the quality of the sound!

wiring the speakers is not hard you just need to cut the wires and then join them with the new ones from the speakers.

Sorry it's taken a while but here's some pics of the sub.

Tell you what, can't think of anything better to have spent my money on, Puts a smile on my face every time I sit in and turn the key.

Anywho, lost a bit of boot space now :( awell.

i take it that all the boxes are there to stop the sub moving about or you not taken the boxes out yet?
you pass you test btw?

passed almost a year ago now its been great, was 18 the other week pretty awesome. working in london now saving so i can get some stuff for the car, i have got the money for alloys but really stuck on which ones to get and which ones will suit the gp the best!!!!

As much as i would love the sound as music is a big part of my life i value my boot space too much to be able to do that. Thats what i like about my factory sub, its not great but it mounts in the side and is tidy. Looks good though, hopefully ill catch you at a meet sometime to check it out properly.

Deffo, looking 4ward to it.

The advantage of the way my system is set up is that there's enough (hidden) slack that I can put 2 suitcases in the boot and then the sub back on top :D

Yes I was sad enough to check, but only coz I'm due to be goin on a holiday in the car with some mates.

Tar,
Tom

Interesting about being able to lift it up. I like the idea of that. What have you used to stop it flying around the boot? I can see this getting costly, lol.
