£200 for all the work up to date, including all the painting and wheel refurbs.
Got him back the other day and managed to repair the headunit there are other bit's to be done though so not finished yet.

Thanks Barry I just love it to bits but won't have the time this year to keep on top and the reason he has to go, so the next week or so will do as much as possible to make sure he has a decent start for the new owner to keep on top of.

Well gearbox is now out ......just need to put the new one on to replace It's bleedin freezing......

Well the new gearbox is in but ran out of light when rebuilding the driveshafts so will finish up tomorrow.

Prefer natural light dave and it was too bleeding cold, anyway off out to finish the job although there's loads of fiddly bits as I've got every rubber boot and oil seal to replace.

Took Willie for a drive earlier and the difference is incredible he's so quiet now with the new box I'm chuffed to bits.

I was too quick in my praise :bang::bang::bang: the gearbox is knackered on rundown off the gas it sounds awfull so will have to go back
