General Whitewall tyres

Just thought I’d share this. I needed a spare tyre so I ordered a 125/80/12 from Oponeo. Arrived within two days and I didn’t realise it came with a whitewall all for the princely sum of £58 delivered!!

Very cheap price. I think other vendors are £124 / £200 each

Not a brand I know, so can't attest to the quality. But it's a max 60mph 500kg car and I presume that tyres have to be made to a standard and certified as such.

the proper original equipment 125R12 Cinturato CN54 is by far the bes tyre for the car, actually made by Pirelli one of the worlds best tyre manufacurers, and actually amazing value for what it is.

if you want a white wall Michelin Make a 125R12 X again a great tyre from a proper top brand manufaturer. both their white and black wall are amazing value.

We can get the Pirelli white walled too if you like, but to be frank that does cost a little.

The wheel and tyre sets we do are reall the best value when you consider fitting costs and that it comes with a brand new Michelin tube.

Standard classic Fiat wheels do need inner tubes and Michelin make the best classic Innertubes for classic cars.

the sacrefices in buying budget tyres are just not worth it when the top brass are doing tyres at these amazing prices.

I used a Michelin tire I was able to get at my local discount tire shop. They ride terrific. I couldn’t get wide white walls in a good tire without spending about 300 each which I want going to pay for a 12 inch tire.
I went with port walls white wall inserts. They look great. But they discolor fast with a new tire. To many chemicals coming off new tire. So I placed them after a 6 month wait.
