As part of switching to disc brakes on the front, I intend to run a 4x98 bolt pattern all round and I'm trying to decide on the best wheel option
What is everyone else running on 4x98 with standard wheel arches?

I quite like the ones pictures if anyone is able to help identify them....

Most of the European suppliers have a large range of 4 x 98 alloy wheels (as does 'Middle Barton Garage---Cromadora).It reallyis look at allthe optionsand "take yer pick". There is always Companies such as Minilite + Revolution + JBW + Minaton in the Uk who can supply 4 x 98 wheels. A goodlooking wheelis the style that can be supplied by "Maxilite" (5.5 x 13---CD30). Whether you can fit them under the standard wheel arches will ultimately depend on the offset/inset of the wheel chosen by you.

I got these from Italy via EBay.

Thanks… I’m about to press the button on these but realise I’m likely to need to extend the arches to Group 2.
Not found any metal arch extensions so might have to copy others with fubreglass

If you have lowered the suspension and do decide to fit glassfibre wheel-arches, you will need to cut away the original arches, and then re-weld the inner arch back onto the outer arch, or they will "flap in the breeze". If you contact me direct ( [email protected] ) I will pass on the measurements of my wheel arch "cut-backs". I have fitted mine with 5 x 5mm riv-nuts---never had a problem. By 'bolting' the extensions onto the wings, my theory was that if the extensions got damaged it would be less work to fit new---if the extensions were bonded onto the wings and they got damaged, it would be a lot of work to repair them. By the way, I like your choice of wheels---who supplies them?
