The only thing I would change is the engine. Probably I am not used to turbo engines but to me it drives like a dog. Reminds me of people putting racing cams on to get more power, you get the power but you can hardly drive it across the car park. To me a 4x4 should have plenty of torque from idle, so maybe a 48V system for "torque filling" on a small NA engine would be the way to go.
