Just spotted in the Swiss bushes (Canton Ticino), do you recognize it?
The way the tag is attached suggests an early model from 1930/1940. At least according to chatgpt

It looks like it may be a 137 or so Topolino, but I think most would need to see a picture of the whole thing to be able to tell. Or a late 30's Balilla.
