Yes, the difference between sales and after "care" and the inconsistencies in the lines we get fed winds me up. I ought to get a medal for remaining calm in the face of so much outright bs.
I was told when making the booking that they'd need to keep the car for a few days because all the carpets had to be removed and dried. When they rang to tell me it was ready for collection I was told they'd "found the source of ingress...".
When I picked it up I was told quite definitely that they do not take the carpets out and that, "not being able to find the leak, we just changed the door seal"
It'll go back after christmas. Bit of a bugger, the next nearest service agent is 20+ miles away and,,,,,,,,it's the same firm!
