I only began to hearing that noise after someone opened up the cap from where you top up the coolant

Airlock in your heater matrix. Put the car on a slight incline and bleed the system, if the airlock makes its way into the engine it can blow the head gasket

There are a couple of bleed points, one on the hose to the matrix, one on the top of the rad.

Bleed in the opposite order as mentioned though, radiator then matrix hose

would you explain a little bit more please how to bleed the system

Top of the radiator is yellow screw, turn by hand. Open untill coolant is flowing then tighten back up, then unscrew the small bleed screw on the hose going into the actual car (behind the coilpacks on the right side of the engine) and same again.

Make sure there is plenty of coolant in the resevoir and renew with 50/50 coolant and water.
Not just water alone. Have the nose of the car higher up on an incline and air bubble should shift.

should be the engine running during the whole process?

The engine should be running and up to operating temperature. (Cooling fans kicked on, thermostat open.)

Go slowly opening the bleed valves, the coolant will be about 90 degrees C and will be under pressure. Be careful while doing this.
