On the automatic version of the Ducato the drivers side heater ducts are not fitted because there is a blanking plate where the clutch would normally be. This means very cold feet for the driver in winter. I’ve seen a diy fix but can’t get past the first hurdle or removing the large trim under the steering wheel . There are two screws at the RH end that I’ve removed but I can’t see to move the trim. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Perhaps if the model i.e. x230, x244, x250, or x290, was included in the request, then an informative reply may be forthcoming.
