General Uconnect 7" Activate rear veiw camera

I need help activating the reversing camera in our mobile home, Fiat Ducato 2022

What is the element that was added to the system? The Uconnect radio? The camera? is the camera dedicated to the uconnect radio, or is it an aftermarket one?

What is the exact problem you're having? What has been done until now?

the problem is that I can't activate the camera input so it starts when I put it in reverse then the camera should start if it is plugged in otherwise the screen should turn blue when it is activated, But it is not possible to activate it, I have a diagnosis program Auto-com it's called and an account on "FCC-ID" and there is a function "Activate reversing camera" but it responds activation not possible.

you can enable rear view camera by alfaobd and you just need connect to lvds but your unit (Melco r1 Low) need rear viee camera function too...
