Hi i have a fiat uno 1.1 and its starts but is missing alot and has no power at all and dizi is getting very hot...and i have welsh plug thats leaking and my rolling tensioner is squeaking....help needed

Sounds like you have many problems.
If it was me, first I would do a compression test to see how sound the engine is or whether you are wasting money on that engine, next is what rolling tensioner is making the squeaking noise and why, if it is a cambelt tensioner then it can cause the belt to fail costing you even more money, next see if distributor cap is out of alignment causing the dizzi to get hot as that is not normal next if good try new spark plugs to see if misfire is sorted.
Re the "welsh plugs" I assume you mean what I would call core plugs in the side of the engine cylinder block so when water/coolant is topped up it leaks from those plugs?
Basically if that is the case only run engine for a very short time as in minutes or less until coolant issue fixed or more damage will happen.
