Hi all,

My name is Vladimir and I live in UK.
I have a Fiat Doblo Cargo, 1.6 engine, 22 plate.
This week I went with my van to a Fiat dealer to replace the Time belt and water pump, but they are telling me that they can`t do it because whenever they order a time belt, the ones that are receiving have 194 teeth and the belt which exists on the Van (the manufacturer fitted it) have only 188 teeth.
I can't use the van. Have any of you been confronted with this situation?
Any advice? Because I don't know what to do, I even called the Fiat Customer Centre, and they told me they needed to investigate.

Thank you!

On some of the bigger engines there was different size belts when they supeceeded the tensioner and guide bearings , Are you fitting a complete kit or just a belt?
I can't give specific advice on your Doblo as both my 1.6 Doblos are 2010, perhaps others on Forum can help.:)
