It's a bit like saying "How long is a piece of string?"
Price depends on if you are doing it yourself or paying garage hourly rate and parts at retail etc.
Also if only the items that fail are done and not the advisories.
Obviously items one and two involve new brake discs and pads both sides front.
Item three providing it comes off easily is just a anti roll bar link.
Item four may involve a new bottom suspension arm.
Item five can be a grey area depending on the cause, it could be due to the advisory exhaust leak, but equally can be sensors or expensive cataysts etc.
The drive shaft boot assuming they are failing it, is a fairly cheap rubber part but may be an hours labour.
Some of the other advisories if all done could get quite expensive.:(

Do you have a trusted local garage that will allow you to buy parts? If so, that would be helpful to the cost as parts prices fluctuate wildly in my experience - a good example is the front lower suspension arm that it looks like you need to replace, where it can vary from £50ish* for an original from a trusted supplier used by many on here to approaching £200...

*Quoting a Panda lower arm, but the same applies.

I agree that would help, but from working from the other side of the coin, running a small garage, there are two main issues.
1. It is like going to a restaurant and bringing your own food as given the high overheads of running a business part of your income is the margin on parts, which if good quality parts may only be 10% but makes a difference.
2. Often the customer can supply either the wrong part or an inferior part which can block the workshop up whilst waiting for resolution. Where as should the trade supplier send the wrong part they will usually rectify on the next delivery van within the hour.
If you are able to do your own repairs then none of this is a problem if waiting for parts, but for a business it can be a significant loss of income, especially if paying a mechanics wage to stand around;)

I do, of course. He hates faffing around ordering parts, and I get to make sure I put quality on, not generic parts (or the latter if a sensible choice)

I only had one customer who I allowed to supply his own parts, which was strange as he also was the only taxi driver I entertained, due to the fact they always wanted the job done for nothing and yesterday.
He however used to keep a little diary and would come in and say I am going to need new brake pads or whatever in so many miles so we got on well.:)

All the top (fail) points could be done by a decent amateur mechanic.. the lambada issue aside! Again that could be to do with the exhaust leak but it could also be the sensor itself

All the rest again can be done in time .. except the tire or course
