I had a similar situation before. I waited about 4 months for a set of angel eye headlights for my old car and when they finally arrived one of the halo rings didn't even work...

i recently contacted Dactane, and asked if they we're going to do any right hand drive version of these lights and they said no (n)

So they are doing RHD version???

Anyone know if these LHD lights can be adjusted to RHD? My mechanic mate who works for Mercedes said theirs are fully adjustable to LHD or RHD.

HID projector units are, however these are just projector units, so they don't 'have' to have the adjuster built in.

From what the makers have said they can't be adjusted. They'd know best and I doubt would be saying no if they could be as they'd be loosing out on sales doing that.

I don't see why not, might work by adjusting the left cluster higher than the left one. (on lhd, the right one is the highest)

It's to do with the beam pattern and the kick from the pattern that makes them LHD or RHD, not the level (y)

Will get this next week :D

Oh man cant wait to see them on your car :)

Let us know if you think they could have enough adjustability in them to make them legal here in the UK... They way around the pattern issue would be to swap the lenses (or whatever creates the pattern) over from side to side which would leave us only with a potential alignment issue...

BTW silly folk the English, driving on the wrong side of the road, I have had to buy a car with the steering wheel on the wrong side and now there are awesome headlights available but not for here!!:bang:

I believe our steering wheels are indeed on the 'right' side of the car, and not the wrong :p

I'll get my coats :ROFLMAO:.
