Ferrero Rocher would kill me - possibly the reason I've never went to any of the Ambassador's receptions even if they are noted in society for his exquisite taste. That or I'm just shunned by the international diplomatic community *shrugs*

Can I just check what time everyone's arriving in Perth tomorrow? I know check-in is from 3 but do people turn up that early?

Well I'm aiming to be there late afternoon rather than having the hectic time of it I had last year. No specific time, but hopefully leave Glasgow way around 2pm :)

I'll be leaving work as soon after 5pm as possible. Its almost a straight 76 miles, so should be at Broxden for 7pm. What are the arrangements beyond that?

Cheers

I believe it'll be heading into town once we're all assembled for the meal and the rest of the night's shenanigans. Taxi(s) or designated driver(s) may/probably will be called upon. Given the numbers, the actual schedule will be pretty flexible :)

OK, third try at a reply.

I'll not be drinking, may have to go back to Glasgow if the weather turns.

See you tomorrow

Cheers

Fair do's, forecast according to the iPhone is rain tomorrow and mist on Sunday so shouldn't be too bad. Certainly in comparison with last year.

Apologies if my editing attempts of my previous reply caused issues with yours :p

Rob, wanna meet at South Queensferry??
I'm just gonna try & get hold of Russ126 from Fiat Forum, see wht time he's leaving & suggest he pick up signs for Edinburgh A8 then meet me & Rob at South Queensferry.

Depends on time. As I said, I'm looking to leave Glasgow for around 2pm, so should be at Queensferry around 3 I'd imagine.

Ok, I'm aiming to be at Broxden by 6.30pm at the latest.

The worst bit for me will be trying to get through Aberdeen on a Saturday afternoon (please, please, could they build the AWPR sometime soon) but I reckon if I leave Ellon before 4 I'll be there in plenty of time
