Done.
Thanks for the welcome. As a newbie who rarely follows handed-to-me rules, I'll have to bite my tongue before giving opinions about such seemingly-odd distinctions! Looks like I've been double-banished... once to the Abarth sub-forum, and then once more to the American sub-forum. Looks like I might be joining an elite group of just one, despite my search for camaraderie and world peace. Hmmmm, maybe I can start a more inclusionary poll over there and invite y'all to join me on "the other side." Hahahaha. Nobody will ever get excluded from the American Abarth sub-sub-forum, as long as I remain President! Now serving chilled beer for the Americans, and lukewarm for the Brits, et al. – something for everyone, in the same room (regardless of what Fiat Europe might mandate).... Fiat Europe Chose to class Abarth as a separate manufacturer from Fiat over this way. As such they even have a separate section of the forum.

We only have about three American Abarth owners so far, and the other two are out and busy pounding pavement with their brand new made-in-México quasi-Fiats.Might be an idea. The US subforum could do with a little livening up.![]()
Hello from California!
I bought my Abarth (grigio w/rosso trim, US-spec) just two weeks ago, and am looking forward to finding good Fiat conversation here, as I learn my way around this forum.
But... I couldn't find my model among the voting poll options!?!
Absolutely, Tony... you gave me more consolation than a nice glass of wine – thanks! If we weren't ones to question forum segregation, then we might not be real Abarth material. :chin:If it is any consolation I asked the same question, lol.
A ridiculous proportion of 500's on the road are 1.2 lounges and well as a few pops. There will also be a few twinair lounges and a few pops too.
1.2 street Matt black? The big poll. Every model and engine combination for the 500.
If yours isn't in the list please post with the details and it will be added.
We have a vote like this in the Marea section and it's interesting to see the breakup of cars in the section. This one will be a touch more complicated options wise.![]()
The writing's on the wall for the (non Abarth) four cylinder models. Soon there'll be the non-turbo twinair for the economy models (500 & Panda) and a higher tuned turbo version to replace the somewhat pedestrian 1.4 with something much more lively.
My TwinAir just gets better and better as it loosens up with more miles on the odometer.
The software posts the thread then you fill in the poll details. It took a while.![]()
I've tried a couple of times but still can't see the poll! :-(
