Hey guys, I am looking for a front spoiler for my B so if anyone of you see one advertised anywhere I would appreciate a nudge, ta!!:D

Spent a sizeable chunk of my life today polishing the B with Auto Glym super resin polish and cleaning/polishing the interior. I then took a few new pictures to highlight the stripes and the polish:D

Excellent job SS - spend another couple of hours of elbow grease and she will shiny as much as mine :p

No, I saw that ome a short while ago, it looks rubbish! I dont like the way it fits so I may end up buying a new one from Novitec.de.

Might be the way forward, I have looked for a lip spoiler for mine as I want to 'lower' the stance from the front, Novitec or Naxos seem to be the only ones available..........I think the one on eBay is a Naxos

Is your B still unlowered?

Not too sure about the stripe...makes it look somewhat old school or something

Like the yellowness of your car though (y)

Before I post anything else, will somebody please tell this thicko how you post a picture then put some some words between the next picture and so on............
When I write a new message then upload the pics, they are always after the message and I want to insert words between the pics!! Help:(

I really like the stripes! Wonder how they'll look on a red Bee. Hmm, I might try to copy them.. ;)

OK, I started to install the amplifier and new Infinity speakers today but didnt get it finished owing to doing somebody a little favour that ended up being most of the afternoon:mad:
Anyway started by removing the NSF wheel in order to gain access to the grommet I intended using to pass the power cable through for the Amp.It is at this point that I would like Doc to look away!! Rather dirty under there I know but in my defence, it was the first time that I had removed the wheel since purchase AND I use mine in the rain:D :D
The following pics show where the cable was passed through and where it appears under the dash. Also, a pic of where I have fixed the inline fuse and pics of where I have positioned the amp.You may notice that I have moved it from underneath the seat where I first intended to place it as it snagged on the airbag wires so it has ended up fixed behind the passenger seat. The reason it is upside down is because that allows me to see the power on lights from the drivers seat so I know it is working OK:)
Hopefully, tomorrow morning before I have to go to London I will begin the installation of the speaker components. This involves the tweeters in the doors as well as the speakers in the footwell.

Nice one (y) that indicator hole is a bit of a life saver. I think thats a better/safer place for the amp then under the seat, no chance of water damage (y). Why not run the cables under the trim panel or did you just run out of time today? I was real happy with the extra power after I fitted my amp, it really does help when you are hood down at speed.

How about painting the amp cover yellow & black ? That would look cool (y) then get one of the small Barchetta chrome badges off ebay to replace the amp logo. (y) Just spending your money 4 you m8 (y)

I think I am getting used 2 the stripe down the side now and think it does add a bit of retro cool to the car (y) BUT! The dirty wheel arches will not be tolerated on this forum !!!! hehehe shame on you ;)

You know, as soon as I took the wheel off, the first thought in my head was the Doc:D :D
Yeh, ran out of time today, the messy wires will be sorted when I have finished wiring the speakers:)
Then, after the odometer fix it will be all wheels off and steam cleaner out(y) Then.....the oil pressure dials(y)

I have not received the kit yet but I am assuming that will be the case. The kit I have bought is an electric sender rather than capillary but it will still use the same location to send the readings.

WOW SS good progress - but those wheel arches! :p

Uprated sound system is now on the cards for me. I had to drive to Canterbury and back today, as the sun was out I decided to get the roof down and crank the sounds up - trouble is when it was loud enough to be heard above the wind noise the music was too distorted to enjoy it!!!

Eventually resorted to the iPod
