Technical Stop start warning

We have a 2021 Fiat ducato 9 speed auto camper
The problem is that the stop start warning is on but we don't have that facility
We have had a New sensor fitted but it is still on I bought a code reader and cleared the fault but when we went out it came back on any ideas please

I have a 2021 Fiat Ducato Manual and once got a message that the auto gearbox / hill hold wasn't working - neither of which has ever been fitted!!
I never really investigated it because the messages went away so hopefully yours will too
