Thought you would already have a copy of the X250 eLearn

Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

- Disconnect and insulate the battery terminals.

- Wait for 10 minutes before continuing.

1. Working in the area under the steering wheel and using a special tool, release the retainers for the Air Bag module and partly extract it.

- Place the Air Bag module in the special cupboard, resting it on a free surface with the bag facing upwards.

1. Remove the shield (1a), undo the fixing nut under the shield and remove the steering wheel (1b) from the vehicle. Take great care not to damage the wiring for the Air Bag and the wiring for the horn switch Place in the wiring in the special housing in the steering wheel.

Reinstall
- Place the steering wheel on the steering control shaft ensuring that the references are aligned.

- Tighten the fixing nut to the recommended torque

Not really that much help !
Cheers

I saw a tip on Wheeler Dealers, the other night, when he removed a steering wheel. And the tip was to remove the centre nut and then re-fit it by a couple of turns and then when you pull on the wheel to get it off you don't hit yourself in the face with the wheel.
