My niece wrote off 3 cars in about 2 years, one was even upside down, shes 4months younger than me.

Her bloody insurance was still lower than mine!! (male)



I dont think the respray matching will be much of an issue, ive found on "new" cars (09) the paint hasn't faded overtime so matching isn't too much trouble, my dads 09 metro blue astra recently had bumper resprayed & it matches np.

i called my insurance company today give them all the details and they said they are going to get in touch with me tomorrow organise a courtsey car for me for free as well as saying it wont effect my NCB and it shouldnt put my premium up next year for claiming and also dont have to pay any money towards this..

i asked if the other women had admitted liability to her insurance company and mine told me they would find that out tomorrow from someone else..

just hope she has admitted it now.. otherwise im screwed..

You should still inform your insurance company that you have been involved in a RTA

Get the bit I've put in bold in writing, and get them to state that this applys for the next 5 years in which the accident will need to be declaired.

As for the latter, even if she denies it, assuming her insurance co have their head screwed on they'll admit liability, failing that, sue her
