Am I the only person that thought James May liked the 500? The problem he had was it was to similar to his beloved Panda and it was a derv.

I'm with you on this. He was very happy chucking it about the streets of Buda and Pest. I just don't think he wanted to admit to liking a diesel.

Wish they'd re-film JC chucking a 500 round a go-cart track like they did for the mark 3 (this new one is the mark 4).

Yeah with the new Mini like they did with the MK3
Would make an interesting battle. Although it they did it on a wet surface it wouldn't be fair cos the 500 would leave the Mini so far behind you wouldn't belive!
