General Shocks and springs

Hi all,
Anyone had shocks and springs replaced recently? I need to replace shocks and springs all round and I’m wondering rough idea of cost from someone recently had theirs done?

Shocks are c 70 front and 50 rear for decent brands. They can be had for less if you dont mind the higher level of risk of shorter life span. Im looking at costs as PB4 has failed MoT on a front arm bush and a rear shock bush. Halfirds want over £750 to do thid - imho- unnecessary work. Soneone is going to report this to trading standards as its B ridiculous. Someone is also going to have it retested elsewhere and get a second opinion before letting rip. if a second tester doesnt fail it its going to an appeal. Ive driven the car and it was fine, its done very few miles since the last mot last year and only 27k in total. I need to have a look before blowing my stack. But The suggested charge to rectify 1 arm and one damper is not going to be ignored mr halfords. Who the hell do these dimwits think they are kidding. This rip off is wrong. Next step is the warranty and supplying garage to sort it.

I see Power Flex now do replacement bushes for Panda arms for £50 with a lifetime warranty. I will get any new arms fitted with these. If indeed they are needed.
