Technical Scudo won't start anymore - ECU problems

Hi! Im having big issues with my scudo. Anti theft wouldnt let me start my car, so I was thinking og removing ECU and re program it without anti theft lock. I regret it and put it back in the car. Now it wont start at all, nothing happens, just a noise in one of the relays in the engine bay. 3 workshops have tried to connect via OBD, but they are not able to get any contact with the car/ECU anymore. I know the ECU was put back in the right way, so really doesnt understand what gone wrong........

No, never reprogrammed it, and have also now bought a new ecu and new bcm.
