The difference of the setting is only the max charging current the charger will put in the battery.
The rule for lead acid batteries used as starter batteries in motorhomes is max charging current should be 1/10 of the battery capacity. Your vehicle probably has a battery with 95 - 105 Ah battery, so you can use the lorry setting.
The current will get lower during charging process.

According to the Ring charger manual it is suitable for EFB / AGM batteries used on vehicles with start&stop systems:
However you planned some kind of connection of both starter and habitacle batteries to be able to charge them at the same time. In my opinion it should be disconnected during the charging.
The dealer made the connections for duel battery charge on hook up, but didn’t work. Starter battery levels still fell. They said the mod would assist the battery…..it didn’t.
