Technical Replacement Speedo Drive Needed

The speedo on my 2002 Ducato 2.8 JTD suddenly stopped working.
The Garage has identified the problem as being the Speedo drive no problem with the actual cable.
they are having problems locating a replacement.
Can anyone help with either a code for the part or a suggestion as to where one might be available as the garage seems to be struggling to even find an OEM code for the part.

Maybe see if Citroen/Peugeot /Renault version with same engine and gearbox. Wikipedia may give you a idea of matching model.

Had spotted that one but vendor ( from vehicle registration) confirmed it's not the correct one

So here's where I've got to so far

Searched using VIN no (from V5) on ePER
this returned a pile of details including engine number - matches number on V5
Then searched diagrams for the bit needed

identified part from diagram which gives OEM part number 9643559780

Searched by part number on e-bay with no luck

searched internet by part number, retuned several UK Stockists with prices ranging from 80-141 pounds but all out of stock
also retuned several hits from Alibaba
Searched Alibaba by part number - lots available ranging in price from 8- 20 pounds
ordered one - delivery due in about 10 days so will then see if the part is correct and reasonable quality.

before anyone shouts about ordering from China, I obtained a resistance pack for the cab heater blower motor by this route about 10 years ago, it was considerably cheaper than buying in the UK and is still working to this day
