Technical relay/ducato handbrake

my relays handbrake is pants,it is fine except when on a hill,had to put bricks under the wheels today and leave it in gear,it had a new mot the day i got it:bang: its the new shape,2006 can they be adjusted?

They are crap,
Rear 2 cables prone to seizing, never had a good hand brake yet in 7 yrs of owning ducatos, main dealers, van specialists and general independent garages!

There is a procedure
Something along the lines of
Slacken off front cable adjuster, adjust up shoes through sight hole on rear disc, (turning the wheel) once at right position, adjust up front cable adjuster,
I believe with handbrake lever up a notch or two,

If you search my old posts, one of the helpful chaos posted the procedure when I asked within the last 12 months

i am doing the milage/kilometrage you do lol overloaded flat out on what the govt tells me are roads with heats manufacturers dread ive been in the snow i find no need to visit it again cobber lol cheers Adam
