Hi,
For years now the Handbrake/Parking brake on my X244 Maxi chassis Ducato "groans" when applied. It holds and has always passed its MOT.
I fix my cars and M/cycles but no longer want to work on anything more than light/simple jobs on the MoHo.

So the question.
I've looked in this Web site Guides - Fiat Commercials - Ducato and searched the Forums for X244 Handbrake but can't find any info?
Any suggestion?

Thanks
Lance

Typical.
After posting on here I found a YT video, replacing the rear discs. Don't look too hard a job to dismantle and have a look inside the Disc/drum bell.

My tag chassis also groans too, recently had the handbrake shoes changed and linkages etc. set up by someone who knows them- however, the handbrake is worse than it was now, and needs a much harder/further pull up to be effective.
