Technical Rear Wiper Motor Bravo 1.4TJET

Hi all,
Rear wiper stopped working and I want to check the cables going into the motor from where the rear door hinges.
The fuse is okay, this has been checked.
The rear wiper will not work from either reverse or stalk.
Does anyone know what the 3 wire colours correspond to?
Is it earthed from the body or is the black one the negative?
Also how do I remove the plug with thE 3 wires from the motor?
Release the two clips upwards or press them in to remove the plug?

Probably need to squeeze the ears of that plug..then wriggle it free
