General Rear-view mirror that is not opened.

Hi, I have a JTD ELX 110. When I close the rear-view mirrors with the key and then I want to reopen the mirror on the left remains blocked. I must power off and on more times the machine in order to make to open it. Have you any solution?

They seize up very easily,spray plenty of duck oil/WD-40 etc & operate a few times,worthwhile operating the mirrors everyday to prevent seizure.
