General Multipla not starting

Hi all,
New to the group

My multipla 1.9 diesel 2007 is not starting.
All lights, radio, etc come on but nit cranking!
Good battery.

Could it be the cranking sensor?

How to locate it if hou think it could be that not working?

l'd try to connect multiecuscan and read the errors. It will be quicker and more accurate than all our guesses.

I believe these machine, used ones, don't work without a licence. Can you please confirm?

Yes, you need a licence to use MultiEcuScan + an interface.

There's a list of forum members with MES willing to help. Click on the multiecuscan link in my previous post.

If you want to get one, check on the MES website for the explanation of the symbols in the attached screenshot.
