Yesterday I disconnected the battery, cleaned the connections and replaced the the vaseline. I also took the Air box off and made sure all the HT leads were connected properly. I gave the inside of the air box a little clean and connected everything back together. Afterwards it started with no trouble and everything seemed okay. I've just been out and after starting the car it just conked out.... I tried again and the same thing happened? Again I tried and gave it a rev and then everything were okay, idled right and ticking over nicely. I tried one more time and this time it started perfectly! Could I have done something when I were tightening? Could cleaning the inside of the Air box cause harm?

Again I have just been out to try and start the car up. It started with absolutely no trouble at all...... Confused!

Get a crank sensor from a scrapyard and try that
Yep do this or next time it doesn't start get a tester on the coil packs 1 flash only usually means crank sensor.
