Bravo Random cloud of white smoke

I just joined.I own a 2010 150hp bravo. Love the car,but recently it started smoking randomly and only a for seconds. Any advise? The turbo has been checked and no fault found.

Maybe noticed cases when smoking starts:

-you start engine cold?

-or while engine is worm?
-while driving?
-or in idle?

Hi, this happens any time hot or cold, driving or at idle.

Maybe more smoke during acceleration?

White smoke is either water/cooling liquid in engine cilinders (head gasket), wrong air/fuel ratio (02 sensor, air leakage in Josey, fuel injectors)
Fuel consumption isto normal, cooling liquid level normal?

Hi all, it's the PCV valve that's stuffed. This also explains the oil consumption. Thought oil usage was because car has 183 000km on the colcks. Replacing it tomorrow as I'm waiting for the part. It's completely stuffed up. I'm looking forward to having my baby back at full power, non-smoking and not sucking so much oil. I've been ready lots posts and have learned a lot about my baby. Planning some mods next year.

Want to change head lights to one with LED running light, air filter and radio. Already taken the cat, is it worthwhile to remove the center box on the exhaust?

Still deciding about re-mapping? Is it worth it?

Also ordering replacement key casing as mine is falling apart.

By the way I have a 2008 1.4 tjet 150hp sport.

One other thing, there's a vibration under acceleration coming from the front wheels. Any idea what might be causing this. I've been told it might be the cv joints showing wear.

Oops, it is a 2010 not 2008. Getting old I guess ?

One other thing, there's a vibration under acceleration coming from the front wheels. Any idea what might be causing this. I've been told it might be the cv joints showing wear.

Tripods in shaft cup (inner side, by, gearbox)
Replace them, put new grease

Hi guys, the PCV valve was badly blocked and partly cracked. New one fitted now. Thanks to what I read on this forum I was able to find the problem and get it sorted.

Hi Bravo CPT, where did you manage to get your PCV valve? Ive been looking all over but no luck.
