Nope: FDR is 4.23:1 for both, as far as I can ascertain. Other factoids are available.

Slowest Drag Race ever

Not going to Panda Camp. Refuse to drag race properly, if I swap cogs at any real speed I get some crunchies.
My 0-40 is actually fairly good for 34 ponies, I've made a few 1.2's struggle to keep up to that point, after 40 there isn't much.
Is it possible that my speedo is UNDER predicting though?

A friend was behind me on the motorway, stopped to get petrol and I said I hit 75 up a hill! He was behind me the whole way and said his speedo said I nudged 80, which mine certainly didn't at any point. Got back on the motorway and I accelerated straight back to indicated 75, he said his speedo still read 80.
He's got a 1999 Yaris with digital speedo thingy. So either his speedo is over or mine is under.

You never know... -- but it would be illegal, if it were; and, somehow, I'd guess it's the Yaris being overly-optimistic....

Best -- and easiest -- way to check would be, if you have a smartphone, to download an app that uses GPS to measure your speed. I use CoPilot on my iPhone to navigate: and it shows your speed if you go over the limit; and I have it set to beep at me, when I do so... -- but I'm sure I've also seen some free/cheap apps that just measure your speed....

Mine over-indicates by between about 5 and 10%: i.e. I'm doing just around 70, when the speedo shows 75.

I suspect the Yaris to be over predicting too but with it being digital and all I wasn't sure.
