It looks a little over lubricated. Thinking logically oil from the turbo could be from one of two sources, most likely being a failed turbo oil seal. The second remote possibility would be oil in blow by gases not draining back to the sump. This could be due to a crushed hose or a blockage. In either case oil would then be present in the blow by gases which are returned to the air filter outlet and hence the turbo.

sorry I’m new to forum,, I myself did think turbo and tested the blades for movement and we have in and out movement only little but still shouldn’t be moving in and out at all,, I’ve also noticed looking down the dpf that one of the filter cones has moved as it hangs down a little more than rest of others,

Bit more info on this one so last week had code p0238-61 turbocharger control positive drift (low pressure) signal calculation failed,, (limp mode ) had a look around and found the pipe from dpf to pressure sensor had split so replaced and wiped codes couple days later back into limp mode and plugged in and got these codes I noticed oil all over lpegr which is why I’m where I’m at with it now lol

I see that you mention "lpegr". Am I correct in thinking that you have the dual egr engine? If so the loooongest thread onthis forum is devoted to problems with that engine? Here is a link to that thread.

@Sillystu84 is that the LPEGR in your hands? I could easily convince myself it is. "It looks a little over lubricated" must be the best case of Litotes ive seen in ages. In that case i suspect it would be easy to remove the LPEGR cooler and confirm it is blocked. Is it very sooty or oily ?
sooty like.
How dirty is the exahaust pipe wipe with kitchen roll
