Hi there, new to the forum. I’ve just bought a 2011 doblo camper. Keen to take wild camping so gently off-road (not greenlaning / expeditions!)

Any advice on where to buy off-road wheels, tyres and lift kit? I like the look of the white Oz-racing wheels!

Hello,

No idea about where to buy such kits in the UK, I'd look online, but I could be interested in the solutions you're thinking about and open to discuss the conversion :)

I'm about to buy a 2012 doblo and planning a conversion to a micro-camper :)

Don't forget it's only a doblo, the ground clearance is poor and it has only FWD. AT tyres will help a lot on muddy roads and wet grass, but don't expect miracles in mud / sand. Then, in the maxi, the wheelbase is quite long, too (3105 mm), so it will be very easy to hung it off the road. I'll myself will probably go with Yokohama Geolandar. Rear pneumatic suspension and possibly 1-1,5" spacers on top of the front springs.
