Did you mean F24? I have F27 as supplying electric mirror aadjustment. After nearly 18 years of ownership I have yet to have a fuse blow on the base vehicle section of my PVC. However a few on the habitation side. First was due to converter connecting a 12V socket to incorrect place. Then two or three when fuses blew trying to use a USB 5V adapter in self fitted CBE make cigarette lighter style socket. I eventually found the an exposed live metal stip conductor inside the socket barrel which I had to insulate.

I have added those experiences to illustrate my concern, at the apparently random blowing of fuses. What is causing it?
I would agree, fuses blowing suggests some problem with the electrics in the base vehicle.
The wiring diagram you shared:

was very helpful, and i've shown with a blue X the ones that had blown.
There are two instrument panel fuses, the one that blew the other day didn't knock out the dials, whereas the one that went yesterday stopped them all working.

Thanks for the reply. I cannot currently suggest causes,.

F24 supplies the instrument panel illumination, which is on a separate diagram (eLearn E2530) . Ignition on via F37 supplies the warning LEDs, with F53 supplying instrument panel analogue + digital (gauges + odometer/trip).

I do not have a library copy of E2530, which effectively adds the panel lighting to the sidelights diagam E2010, but I will attach the panel diagram which I have split into two sections. The main supplying fuses may be found shown at either end of the diagrams, in the LH Cab Fusebox B002.
