Hey, so I bought Fiat Qubo/Fiorino 2013 with classical bosch radio with CD-changer. I bought extra jack cable, connected it to the back of the radio and switched on. The "AUX" option should be behind (second push) the CD option, but there is none. Do you have ani hints?

I added pic of radio and cable from the internet and specifics of my radio. There is written something about AUX, so there must be an option. Despite the cas has Blue&Me, I am not able to connect my spotify with the car (only phone calls active)...

Thanks for any help, i feel desperate.

@Lori22 You tried to open a conversation, but this seems to have failed, as I cannot read either of them. But strangely, have read the message in the notifying email.

My experience with several Blaupunkt head units, are that they can be picky about aux connections. I think you have to disconnect the main power plug, then add the aux device, then reconnect power. If the other end of the aux cable is just a connection for a phone or iPod, etc., that might confuse it. I've only ever attached a 5-disc CD changer, and connecting that in the wrong order can cause the changer to cease to work. (Been there, done that, had it repaired.)
If the head unit is old, it may not recognise the aux device, depending on the communication protocol used. Bosch/Blaupunkt were not 'state-of-the-art', ever.
The back of the radio should have a label showing the connections of the blue plug. Might be worth checking that the cable you have, and the device, are all expecting the same.

That's about the limit of my knowledge, as I've only used Blaupunkt head units and a Blaupunkt CD changer. My current Blaupunkt DAB head unit has lost FM, so may be about to be binned, to be replaced with a Pioneer or Kenwood unit, and my CDs copied onto a USB stick. At least new head units can read uncompressed files these days.

Thanks, it’s actually a bluetooth module what I connected. I will try to disconnect battery or fuse, will ask for radio code? as I don’t have it 🫣

I got the solution. You need to short two pins - "data in" and "data out". Not one time, but you have to include in mini ISO connector a wire that shorts permanently those two. My source: this video and my own experience. It works for me. But contrary to what is shown in this video, use blue mini ISO connector and add one additional cable there.
