Hi ...well i got as far as the door handle rear connecting rod and i have hit a brick wall !!! ...according to youtube videos the connecting rod connected to the rear of the handle .."You just pop it out " .........what ..???? no way !!!! i have tried with all my might to pull it out never mind pop it out ....this is the rod and connection in the photo....the end of the rod i am supposed to pull out is the end near the top orf the photo ..

First, has the handle come off completely?
well yes and no ...the main part [long middle lever] has completely come off .leaving the front part which i have easily taken off just by unbolting the 10 mm nut ..now its just left with the rear part
I think you need to release the lower end first. The black clip, just visible in the pic, may swivel to release, then that end will come out. The top end may well be an S shape, so will need twisting to release, nto possibel until the bottom end is out. Just a guess, but that is sort of standard.
Note the door rod clips are notoriously fragile
