Someone just lowered the passenger side visor and whaat is that mirror all about? It's just like a bit of silver card, is that normal?

And can I play music through the Bluetooth (HTC Desire) or is it just for calling?

Enjoying it more now most of the issues are sorted/explained. Am hoping to see my mpg improve over time! I'm driving Miss Daisy coming out of London now.

Thanks again!

I've not seen it yet but from the pics I've seen it's pretty cheap and nasty isn't it? You'd have thought they could've put something that looks a bit better quality (and included a mirror with a cover on the driver side too!!!) - but that's another matter :)

It's a cheap car.

Frustratingly not. That would need A2DP to be incorporated into Blue&Me, and despite the fact that A2DP is part of Windows Automotive, FIAT have in their wisdom chosen not to implement it. Worse still, it's rumoured that there are hardware issues with current cars, so if true there's no chance of it being incorporated in a future version. :bang::bang::bang:

It's pointless even being there! It's like when you buy a cake; the crappy silver base after you've eaten all the cake, that's what it looks like, you can't even see anything in it.

Ah well I suppose I never sit in the passenger seat so it's no big deal.

You must buy weird cakes

I know, I have serious issues, I'm told all the time I should take a long hard look in the mirror BUT I CAN'T BLOODY SEE ANYTHING IN IT!

Mines a proper mirror. Have they changed it then? Are you getting confused because of the protective plastic film thats on it? Peel it off!

Oh! Maybe, I tried peeling but was worried I was peeling the crap mirror off. I'll go check now...

EDIT: Woooow, that's pretty embarrassing! Yeah it was a protective film over it. I thought they'd normally take that off. Cheers again!

LOL I just realised. They haven't peeled the protective sticker off.....

Just had a look at mine.

Yes, the dealer has taken the film off. However, when I say 'taken', they have obviously used a knife to do it. Part of the film is still there and the plastic bezel is cut to pieces!

That's stupid! You can peel it off with a fingernail! There are some real muppets about aren't they? You buy something for thousands of pounds and they think it's ok to hack it about with a Stanley knife. I'd have been pissed and wanted a replacement visor fitting.

Just did a drive from London to the south coast. Got out of London and I was averaging 34mpg, got down here and I was at 48mpg. Not bad but it really is a case of mpg being pretty terrible stop-start. I thought urban was meant to be 50+.

Again, will wait and see how it improves.

If you're braking you're wasting energy, as simple as that.
