Just got my TwinAir on Friday.Absolutely great, but I get the noise from the air con. Heard it on the test drive but salesman said engineer had had a look at it,greased/lubed whatever it was and it was sorted....but it's not.doesn't really bother me but by the sounds of things it's permanent .is that the consensus?

Soong,

Folow me home activates the lights for 30 sec so you can see and go home when it's night..other fiats and alfa romeos have 60,120 and 240 sec... this i think has only 30.. To check if it has more pull it 2 or 3 times.. To acivate it with ignition off pull once or twice if it has 60,120 sec like you make signal with the lights..(big scale)...for the buzzer you can only reduce the sound or maybe turn it of,just search on the car menu where are the three buttons( white or black)

Hope it helps, sorry for my english.

Cheers!

Well I'm glad it's not just me who has it (sorry!). Although I'm still tempted to go to another garage to get them to check. It sounds like a pretty loud metallic buzz/grind/rattle, right? Hard to describe. Almost drill sounding.

Averaging 43mpg since getting it which is a bit disappointing! Quite a bit of city driving (in and out of London) but also quite a bit of motorway driving.

I've read that it's meant to get better after a certain amount of miles but I've done over 6000 now so not holding out much hope.

Looking at the problem with the wipers, they could be slightly out of alignment. Mine initially juddered and at times caught each other slightly during operation.

Dealer sorted in a couple of minutes.

At the windscreen look along the line of the wiper blade towards the tip of each blade. Lift the blade(s) away from the screen at this point and you will see 3 dots marked on the screen. These are the reference points for lining up the blades. To adjust you would need to loosen at the wiper arm but I'd get the dealer to do it.
