General Need advice

Hello you lovely people my name's Scott I need advice I replaced the clutch cylinder the one that controls o the arm on top of the gearbox when I put my foot to the floor it struggles to go into gear if I pump the clutch it will allow me advice on what I could try I've bled the system a lot of times and it's still not working it's a punto 5dr 8v 1.4 on a 10 plate

Something was done improperly during repair or you have a problem somewhere else (pump is a main suspect).
Healthy system should actually improve with time, air-bleed itself within 2-3 days of normal use.
