hi all,
new to the forum here, and fiats in general, if i'm honest, yet a few weeks back after having a near miss with a teenage cyclist and writing off my pug 307 hdi (choice, concrete embankment or cyclist, i chose the former!), after my insurance paid out, i purchased my 1.2 eleganza, in 2004 flavour!
well, i must say i'm pleased with my choice, it's a cracking little car! when i picked up the car, it only had 63k on the clock, with full service history. only minor problem was the heater not working, which was down to a blown thermal resistor, which i sourced from maplin and done myself, works good now.
done a couple of small things so far, took out the panasonic aftermarket head unit and put in my trusty pioneer deh6000ub head unit, and fitted some xenon headlight bulbs (e-marked to keep things legal).
i will be doing some further enhancements during my time with it, which i shall document in this thread.
enough of my ramblings, here it is, with my eldest boy having a pose, lol........
