The OBD-2 port of a RHD Fiat 600e is hidden in the glove compartment.
When you open the glove compartment you see a panel with a switch to turn off the passenger airbag
With a bit of pulling and persuasion, the panel can be removed and reveals...
some messy electronics and a rubbery cover under the airbag switch that reveals...

Unfortunately, the glove compartment won't close with the dongle fitted, but there are OBD-2 extension cables.
